Freedom of religion, speech, assemble, press, and petition
Right to bear arms
Restrict the quartering of troops

Federal courts can't force states to be sued without the state's consent

People naturalized in the U.S. have the same rights as those born here
I can't restrict an African Americans right to vote

The President's starting time was moved up
People over 21 can drink alcohol again
